A committee of well-thinking British MPs took to The House of Commons their plan calling for alcoholics in the United Kingdom to give up alcohol for at least two days each week. Not only that, the group is also calling for a review of safe drinking guidelines in order to combat the increase in excessive and problematic drinking habits.
